Floor Flows · welcome
By flooring people, for flooring people.
Floor Flows gives flooring stores one branded app for installs, measures, service calls and reviews — built by a flooring store that runs on it every day, not by a tech company guessing at how flooring works.
demo / demo-sales / demo-warehouse, password password. Most flooring stores still schedule installs on a whiteboard, a spreadsheet or a shared calendar nobody trusts. We had the same problem — five stores, installers, warehouse, sales — so we built our own system. It now runs our whole operation: install and measure calendars that know how many square feet a crew can handle in a day, service calls with photos, sample checkouts, review tracking, and an owner dashboard.
Most stores also end up paying for a pile of separate apps to fill the gaps — a scheduling tool, a group chat, a training site, a signature service — each with its own login, its own bill and its own per-person price. Floor Flows puts that work in one app, priced per store.
Floor Flows is that same system, set up with your logo, your stores and your product lines. It works alongside the business software you already use, and we can add custom automations and AI tools when you're ready. Most stores are running in a couple of weeks.

Most of the tools a flooring store pays for separately are charged per person, so the bill grows with every hire. Floor Flows is priced per store — add your installers and part-timers at no extra cost.
| What stores often pay for separately | Typical price | Example: 1 store, 20 staff | In Floor Flows |
|---|---|---|---|
| Scheduling / dispatch software | $30–50 per user / mo | 10 office, sales & crew-lead users × $35 = $350 | Install, measure, delivery & service calendars |
| Team chat app | $4–9 per user / mo | 20 × $7 = $140 | Team Chat — who's online, team & private messages, photos, files, emoji |
| Training / quiz platform | $5–10 per user / mo | 20 × $5 = $100 | Training library with lessons and quizzes |
| Shared photo / file folders for jobs | $6–12 per user / mo | 10 × $6 = $60 | Photos on jobs, service calls and sample checkouts |
| Total | ≈ $650 / month · 4 logins · 4 bills · goes up with every hire | Pro: $449 / month · 1 login · 1 bill · same price at 40 users |
The schedule, the conversation about the job and the photos live together — nobody has to ask "which app was that in?"
Turn off one login and that person loses access to the schedule, the chat and the files at the same time — not five separate accounts to remember.
Hire another installer and your bill doesn't change. Add a store for $99 / month.
Typical prices are illustrative ranges from common published per-user plans; your current tools may cost more or less. Bring your last month's software bills and we'll do the comparison with your real numbers.
Price per store, not per person — add your installers and part-timers without paying more.

| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| "We already have RollMaster / RFMS." | Perfect — keep it. Floor Flows handles the scheduling and day-to-day work those systems aren't built for, and on our Connected plan it talks to RollMaster directly. |
| "It's too expensive." | It's priced per store, not per person — add every installer at no extra cost. Compare it to one double-booked crew or one lost sample sale a month. |
| "We already use group texts / a chat app." | Team Chat is included, so it's one less bill and one less login. Messages sit next to the schedule, photos stay with the business instead of on personal phones, and turning off someone's login removes their access to everything at once. |
| "My team won't use it." | That's the most common worry. It works on their phones, and we train them during setup. The pilot proves it before you commit. |
| "You're a flooring store, not a software company." | That's the point. We use it every day, so when something's wrong, we feel it first. |
| "What if you go away?" | Your data is yours. We export everything on request, and backups run nightly. |
| "We're too small." | The Schedule plan is built for a single store, and most of the value is in not double-booking crews — that matters more when you only have a few. |
